How to Measure Your Feet
Follow these simple steps, measure both feet carefully and compare your result with our US, UK and EU men’s shoe size chart.
Measure Your Feet Correctly
For the best result, measure your feet while standing and wear the type of socks you normally plan to use with your shoes.
Prepare the Paper
Place a blank sheet of paper on a flat, hard floor beside a straight wall.
Wear Your Usual Socks
Wear the same type of socks you normally use with the shoes you are ordering.
Stand Against the Wall
Stand naturally on the paper with your heel straight and gently touching the wall.
Mark Heel and Longest Toe
Keep the pencil upright and mark the back of the heel and the tip of the longest toe.
Measure the Length
Measure the straight distance between both marks in centimetres or inches.
Measure Both Feet
Repeat the process for the other foot and use the larger measurement for sizing.

Size Is Only One Part of Fit
A comfortable handmade shoe also depends on width, instep, heel shape, toe room and the selected last.
Foot Width
Tell us if your forefoot is narrow, standard or wide. Width differences can affect comfort significantly.
Instep Height
A high or low instep changes how the shoe closes and how pressure is distributed across the foot.
Heel Shape
Mention heel slipping, narrow heels or previous fitting problems so our team can review the most suitable option.
Last Shape
Round, almond, chisel and square lasts can fit and feel different even when the marked size is the same.
